Christopher Johnston (Chris) joined LC Real Estate Group in April of 2019 as a Market Analyst and Commercial Marketing Manager. Chris supports the team in several areas including the organization and launch of the team’s commercial real estate database, strategic planning in the marketing of LC Real Estate Group’s commercial properties, market analysis tasks for brokerage and investment decisions, as well as involvement with the LC Investments and property management groups. While Chris acts primarily in a support and management role, he is a licensed Broker Associate with LC Real Estate Group as well.

For the past five years Chris was the acting Assitant Director—Interim Director of the Everitt Real Estate Center at Colorado State University, and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and connections from this experience. Through his time at CSU and the Everitt Real Estate Center Chris has built a strong track record and trust with the real estate community of Northern Colorado, and a strong base knowledge in commercial real estate analysis and marketing. Chris aims to utilize his skills in management, strategic planning, and financial analysis in commercial real estate applications to support the commercial team here at LC Real Estate Group. Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, focusing his studies in Corporate Finance and Real Estate. While obtaining his undergraduate degrees Chris held several positions within and outside of the real estate industry, primarily in marketing and analysis roles with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Denver Broncos Football Club, and the Everitt Real Estate Center at Colorado State University.

Chris is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University with an expected May 2020 completion. A certified ASC ARGUS Enterprise user, Chris hopes to continue building his arsenal of industry designations as his career progresses. In line with the company’s mission to “Mindfully Create Community”, Chris is involved with several non-profit and community based organizations such as the Everitt Real Estate Center, the W.O.L.F. Sanctuary in Northern Colorado, Colorado Youth Outdoors, among others.
