Kyle Pearcy has always had an interest in real estate, but just recently joined LC Real Estate Group in 2022. Prior to real estate, Kyle was a roofing and exterior project manager for 8 years. 

Kyle plans to continue working in the roofing industry as a secondary career. He graduated from the Northern Colorado College of Real Estate. As a Loveland native, Kyle prides himself in being in the know of everything going on in Northern Colorado.

Personal
Kyle is a Colorado native being born in Denver, moving to Loveland at the age of 4, attended Moutain View High School, and Aims CC for Firefighting.

He played football, basketball, and baseball but his hobbies now primarily include golf, basketball, and water sports.  He spends a lot of time exploring new local businesses, resturants, and events in the Northern Colorado areas.
