Michael graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Business Administration Major and a concentration in real estate and finance.  He has spent thirty years working for many a great organization such as John Laing Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Artery Development, Lennar Homes, Boulder County Affordable Housing, KB Homes, and Keller Williams Realty before joining LC Real Estate Group in 2022.

Michael has worked on numerous assignments over his career for homebuilders, developers, institutional investors, lenders and government entities. Valuation of residential loan portfolio, underwriting metropolitan district bonds, and consultation with government agencies on the acquisition of property for Right-of-Way, or various other uses including affordable housing. Michael specializes in the sale of residential/commercial investment properties, land development, and the marketing and sale of new and existing home communities. He has been involved in the acquisition, development, and investment disposition of 2.8 billion dollars in real estate.  He has coordinated the product, marketing, and sales of more 100 communities and over 5,500 homes.
