Rico Devlin received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration-Innovation and Organization Management from Colorado State University in May 2014 with Honors. While obtaining a certificate in Entrepreneurship, he found a new interest in real estate and took several classes to propel him into the real estate industry. His honor’s thesis was based on a location analysis for a business venture which gave him an advantage to land an Investment Analyst position at LC Real Estate Group in June 2014. Rico assisted in the acquisition of six commercial properties in a multi-million dollar 1031 exchange, assembling cash flow models, coordinating inspections and documentation to facilitate the transactions.

As a Broker Associate with LC Real Estate Group, Rico utilizes his experience in financial modeling and analysis as well as project coordination to help clients find real estate investments that will increase wealth and add value to businesses and the community. Rico has built a network of real estate associates throughout Northern Colorado as a member of the CSU real estate club and working with many brokers in the last 6 months, which gives him an advantage to facilitate future transactions. Although Rico is knowledgeable in many segments of commercial real estate, he specializes in Investments, Industrial properties and Retail Tenant/Landlord representation

In 2016, Rico looks to further his real estate knowledge by pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and Ninja Selling education to develop mastery in the real estate industry. Rico is excited to establish a relationship with the Fort Collins and Loveland communities by participating in Loveland Rotary Satellite Club, Fort Collins and Loveland Chambers of Commerce
