Commercial & Residential Real Estate Expert for over 15 Years

I specialize in the sale of commercial and residential investment properties and development land, as well as the marketing and sale of new home communities. I have been involved in the purchase and sale of more than $300 million in real estate from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, Colorado. I have assisted in the product development, marketing, and sale of more than 600 new homes throughout Northern Colorado. I also assist in the management of more than $50 million of commercial and residential investment properties owned by our company.  

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Finance Major and a concentration in Investment Analysis and Commercial Real Estate and a minor in Economics. I have spent over fifteen years working at many great organizations including The Group Inc., Real Estate, Century 21, The Colorado Group, Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, and Marcus & Millichap before joining LC Real Estate Group in 2010 and becoming a partner in 2012.

I have worked numerous technical assignments over my career for developers, institutional investors, and government entities. Projects have ranged from the valuation of a 65 shopping center portfolio for a publicly-traded REIT, valuation of several regional malls and power centers, acquisition of a Colorado banks REO portfolio, underwriting metro district bonds, and consulting with municipalities on the acquisition of property for various uses.

My Background

I have an office in Denver and Northern Colorado and actively do business in both areas. I am a fourth-generation Colorado native and love living in Colorado. My wife is a professional portrait and real estate photographer and we have one son. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, making gourmet coffee, ice cream, and cocktails, playing golf, skiing, reading philosophy and economics, and value investing.
